National Air Transportation Association recently expressed its opposition to the Black Forest Ventures’ lease granting a new fixed base operation (FBO) at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU).
In a letter to the Houston City Council on September 26th, NATA President and CEO Thomas L. Hendricks proposed the lease under consideration to be amended. However, the City of Houston approved the lease in favor of Black Forest Ventures on October 1st.
To address our concerns NATA’s position on this matter, Dr. Dirk Laukien – Chairman of the Galaxy FBO and Wing Aviation – recently sent a letter to Mr. Hendricks.
