Sentronics Metrology recently completed its ISO 9001:2015 audit and certified its quality management system to be recognized by the International Organization for Standardization.
The certification from TÜV SÜD acknowledges Sentronics Metrology’s efforts in consistently meeting the stringent and ever-improving requirements of the internationally recognized ISO 9001 designation, especially as it relates to design, sales and manufacturing of optical metrology systems for the semiconductor industry.
